stylish room self-serve coffee modern bathroom small room cold air-conditioning narrow stairs
my beautiful room was very stylish. i especially liked the self-serve coffee and tea. the bathroom had a modern bath and shower with mirrors, i liked this touch.
my room was quite small for what i expected. the air conditioning was a bit too cold even after i turned it off, not ideal. i also found the stairs to be quite narrow.

convenient location helpful staff
The location was really convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was helpful when i needed directions. they assisted me with luggage storage after checkout. breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I enjoyed the variety of pastries offered.
the room was quite small. maneuvering around with luggage was a bit challenging. i think larger suitcases could be an issue for some guests. more space would improve the overall experience.

location is ok, but some issues exist
awful noise dirty bathroom
the air conditioning in my room it made a seriously awful noise. even after it was turned off, it continues making noise, and the room became too hot. also, i find my bathroom to be both small and dirty and it should have been cleaned better. i did not find it good value for the price.

great location helpful staff
The hotel's location, just a short distance from the seine, offered superb convenience for city exploration. easy access to both metro lines and walking routes simplified travel. the reception staff were exceedingly kind. They assisted with restaurant bookings. candice gave prompt and detailed help, providing really good service.
the small elevator proved to be a challenge, especially when carrying luggage. the limited space sometimes caused delays and inconvenience. better space management could enhance guest experience.

small lift steep stairs
The lift proved far too small. It barely accommodated one person with luggage. My allocated room required navigating a rather steep flight of stairs. I found this troublesome with my heavy suitcase. Maintenance work created loud noises. This began early each morning, disrupting any attempts at a lie in.
